"...the preliminary blood test was negative." 

   In the blood sample, doctors look for the presence of an enzyme called creatine kinase (cree-a-teen kine-ace).  It is an enzyme released into the bloodstream by suffocating cardiac muscle.  If it is present, it indicates that you are probably having a heart attack.

   The drug was called nitro glycerine...not exactly the same thing as TNT, but it sure felt like it at the time.

   I didn't know at the time.  I know now that it is called a Fluoroscope.

   It is an iodine-based dye that can be seen using the fluoroscope.

"...radioactive isotopes..."

   For you scientists out there, the isotopes were either thallium or sestamibi.  I'm not sure which as I was very uncomfortable at the time the test was performed.  Being radioactive is no fun.
